    - Expertise in ventilator management and weaning.

    - Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
  • IV Management
    - Central line and PICC lines
  • Nutrition Services/Parenteral Nutrition Management
    - Registered dieticians
  • On-Site Ancillary Services
    - Laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, diagnostic support, etc.
  • Bariatric Equipment
    - Equipment (beds, wheelchair, commodes, walkers, etc.) accommodates up to 500 lbs.

Pulmonary Program
  • Pulmonologist evaluates patients on a daily basis
  • Treatment provided ranges from oxygen and aerosol therapy to ventilator management and weaning
  • Individualized low tolerance rehab program for physical strengthening
  • Bronchial Hygiene Therapies
  • Tracheostomy care, weaning, and decannulation
  • CPAP & BIPAP support
  • Chest tubes
  • Isolation rooms for TB and other infections
  • Diagnoses may include respiratory failure, ventilator dependency, COPD, Pheumothorax, TB, CHF, Pneumonia
  • Pulmonary rehab program is designed for patients that have an acute relapse of a chronic pulmonary condition. This program combines medical management of the pulmonary condition, with focus on nutrition management, physical/occupational therapy, and endurance training.


Medically Complex Program
  • Specialist physicians to treat patients with multiple diagnoses
  • Patients accepted directly from the Intensive Care Unit to continue treatment plans
  • Telemetry and Pulse Ox Monitoring
  • IV medication drips for anticoagulation, heart rhythm abnormalities, sedation, heart failure
  • Bedside hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, including vent/dialysis management
  • IV or enteral nutritional support
  • IV antibiotic therapy
  • Isolation rooms
  • Diagnoses may include renal failure, cardiovascular disease, post surgical complications, infectious disease, multisystem complications, trauma, and neurological disease


Wound Management Program
  • Wounds are managed by infectious disease physicians, surgeons (including plastic surgeons) and podiatrists
  • Wound care nurse directs nursing intervention and evaluation of healing process with photograph documentation
  • Bedside debridement to promote healing
  • Specialty beds
  • Nutritional evaluation with supportive products to achieve nutritional health
  • State-of-the-art wound care products
  • Patient/family education
  • Diagnoses may include post-surgical wounds, amputations, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, burns, osteomyelitis, and chronic non-healing wounds
